Whether you're looking for hands-on help, expert newborn care, or just a few nights of rest, I've got you.

At Cuddle Bear Doula Care, I offer flexible, affirming support designed to meet your family where you are. From postpartum doula care to comprehensive overnight newborn care support to sleep consulting, every service is built around helping you feel rested, confident, and cared for.

Here’s an overview.

Doula and Newborn Care Services

  • Birth Doula Support

Compassionate, grounded support for birth, your way.

If you're preparing for birth—whether you're giving birth yourself, supporting a partner, or growing your family through surrogacy or adoption—I offer affirming, hands-on care to help you feel calm, informed, and held throughout the experience.

    Birth support includes:
    • 2–3 prenatal sessions
    • On-call availability starting at 37 weeks
    • In-person labor support (home, birth center, or hospital with midwife or doctor)
    • Comfort techniques and emotional reassurance
    • One postpartum check-in after birth

Clients who book birth support receive a discount on postpartum care. I'm here to walk beside you through the moments that matter most.

  • Daytime Postpartum Doula Care

4-hour daytime shifts to support your recovery, your baby, and your household.

If you're looking for practical, compassionate care in those early days after birth, this is it. Daytime doula shifts can include:

    • Infant care so you can nap, shower, or rest
    • Meal prep and light household tasks (like laundry, bottle washing, tidying)
    • Emotional support and reassurance
    • Lactation and feeding guidance
    • Newborn care education and planning
    • Support for older siblings and pets

Shifts are available in 4-hour blocks between 7am and 7pm. Choose a care package or book by the day when you need flexibility. I'm here to make life cozy while you adjust.

  • Overnight Support

For families who need rest, support, and peace of mind through the night.
There are two ways to get overnight help, depending on your needs:

    ✨ Postpartum Doula Overnight Care
For families in the fourth trimester, I focus on caring for the baby overnight so you can sleep. And I make sure you're greeted in the morning with breakfast, a tidy kitchen, and a calmer nervous system. Ideal for short-term and flexible support.

    🧸 Newborn Care Specialist Packages
For families looking for consistent, ongoing overnight help, these packages offer multi-week care that includes:

    • 10-hour overnight shifts
    • Lactation support and newborn education
    • Sleep conditioning and baby-led routines
    • Household help (baby laundry, bottle/pump cleaning)
    • 2-hour daytime learning sessions offered every 3-4 weeks

Packages range from 1–4 months of support and are tailored to your family's rhythm.

  • Pediatric Sleep Consulting

Gentle, customized sleep support—virtual or in-home.

If you're not sleeping and don’t know where to start, this focused, short-term support might be just what you need. As a trained (and ever-learning) sleep consultant, I’ll meet you where you are, no rigid sleep training plans or judgment.

    Each consult includes:

    • A 1-hour deep dive into your family’s sleep habits and goals
    • A personalized sleep plan tailored to your baby's age and needs
    • Optional overnight observation and in-home support

Support is available virtually or in-person, depending on what feels right for your family.
