Birth Doula Support
Warm, grounded support as you meet your baby ❤️
You’re in the right place if…
You want to feel seen, supported, and steady during birth, no matter how or where it unfolds.
Maybe you're preparing to give birth for the first time.
Maybe you're growing your family through surrogacy or adoption.
Maybe you're not sure what to expect, but you know you want someone by your side.
I support all kinds of families, especially first-time parents, queer and LGBTQ+ couples, and anyone navigating birth outside the “typical” narrative. My role is to hold space for you, your story, your hopes, your choices.
What’s included in birth doula care:
2–3 prenatal sessions to prepare for labor, birth preferences, and postpartum planning
On-call availability starting at 37 weeks
Continuous in-person support during active labor and birth (at home, a birth center, or a hospital with a midwife or doctor present)
Physical and emotional comfort measures (massage, position changes, breathwork, partner support)
Support with advocacy and decision-making throughout labor
1 postpartum visit to check in, process your experience, and offer gentle support for the early days
Clients who book birth support also receive a discount on postpartum care packages.
🐻 Pricing
Birth Doula Package: $2,000–$2,500 USD
I believe everyone deserves support during birth regardless of income, insurance, or family structure.
I’m happy to consider sliding scale options and trade-based exchanges
Just ask! I’m committed to finding something that works.
✨ What to expect when we work together:
A calm, affirming presence you can count on
Judgment-free support for your birth preferences
A deep respect for your body, your baby, and your family
I don’t just show up when you’re 6cm dilated. I build a relationship with you beforehand so you feel held, informed, and empowered when the time comes.
