Every sleep consult is personalized. I take the time to understand your baby, your parenting style, and your sleep goals before we make a plan together.
You’ll get:
A 60-minute consultation (virtual or in-home)
A customized sleep plan based on your baby’s age and your family’s needs
Coaching on responsive, developmentally-appropriate strategies
Optional in-person observation or overnight support
Encouragement that sleep can be improved without compromising connection
